How can we help?

At Blanchard’s Inheritance Recovery, we believe that the phrase ‘Heir Hunting’, is more applicable to the BBC television programme than the Industry we work in. Despite this, it is also one of the best ways to describe what it is that we do.

We look for missing Heirs – at no cost to you – to Estates that they otherwise would have had no idea they had a claim to. Sometimes we work from the Bona Vacantia list but more often than not we are contacted by individuals seeking assistance or advice with regards to a family member, friend or client who has passed away.

We understand that no two cases are the same and as professional heir hunters we can help you under any circumstances. We deal with a myriad of scenarios but some of the most common customer queries we address are highlighted below.

Am I entitled to anything?

If you find yourself questioning whether or not you believe yourself to be entitled to a share in an estate or someone you know has passed away, we can help you

I have no idea what to do next?

If someone you know has passed away and you’re not sure what to do, then we can help you. Do they have a will? What if there’s no will? How do I find out? These are all questions that we can assist you with.

Something doesn’t seem right?

If you suspect that someone is incorrectly handling an estate that you may be entitled to, we can help you.

We believe that our modern methods of research, coupled with the traditional techniques that most companies use, make our ability to find someone or something almost unparalleled. We strongly believe that our unique skill set makes us very capable Heir Hunters.

At Blanchard’s Inheritance recovery we aim to provide you with a quick and effective solution to any situation you find yourself in. If you think you have an issue, no matter how big or small; please contact us today and we will endeavour to help.

No Win, No Fee

Our no win, no fee options have an obvious advantage for our clients. Unless the work we have been commissioned to do is complete, we are not paid. These options also mean that the client instructing us is not responsible for payment of our fee, it is deducted from the Estate during Administration.
